The 200 year old farmhouse with a tick boutique.

Every reconstruction, extension or new building was done on the basis of the building-biological Hoagascht – philosophy and fulfills the highest criteria of sustainability. As a result, a proud 90% of the existing 200-year-old farmhouse lumber, was remanufactured into boxes, doors and floors in the carpentry shop.

The traditional, high-quality larch wood box-type windows come from a small carpenter's workshop in Pongau.

In the last 10 years, renovation work has always paid attention to the old substance, with the aim of making our guests feel the history of the Hoagascht farmhouse.

A special feature, the staircase. Because the staircase runs directly along the old wooden facade, it was a challenge to design it in such a way that you do not hear every entrance in the entire house.

The solution: a quasi “free-floating” staircase which does not come into direct contact with the wooden facade. In addition, it is also immediately a true design element of the house.
